This Privacy Policy explains how TechBrights LLC ("TechBrights," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at techbrights.com and our TechBrights mobile application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and any message you choose to send. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the Services. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build user profiles.
Cookies and local storage
Our Services do not use tracking or advertising cookies. To improve performance and enable offline use, the app and website may store website files locally on your device (via a service worker cache). This data stays on your device and is not shared with us or third parties.

- To operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.

Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures (including HTTPS encryption) to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
