This page explains how to request deletion of personal data collected by the TechBrights app and website, operated by TechBrights LLC.
Steps to request deletion of your data
- Email hr@techbrights.com using the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Include the name and/or email address you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your information.
- We verify the request and email you to confirm once your data has been deleted.
What data is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: all personal information you submitted through our contact form — your name, email address, and your message. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers and do not build user profiles, so there is no other personal data to delete.
Kept: we do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records (for example, to meet tax or legal obligations). Any such records are kept only for the period required by law and are then deleted.
Timeframe: we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
